KITAB
KITAB is a modern tea and coffee house concept in Seattle that blends global beverage traditions with a contemporary café aesthetic. Designed as a calm yet energizing space, it invites students, thinkers, and creatives to slow down, sip intentionally, and engage with culture, design, and philosophy.
Inspired by the meaning of “kitab” (book), the brand reflects a place where stories unfold through flavors, conversations, and shared experiences.

Publication Design
I designed this contemporary lifestyle magazine using Adobe InDesign, focusing on clean, minimalist layouts to enhance readability and visual appeal. Typography played a central role in defining the magazine’s tone and identity. I carefully selected a modern serif for headings to convey sophistication and paired it with a legible sans-serif for body text to ensure clarity. I utilized consistent hierarchy, spacing, and alignment to guide readers smoothly through the content.

NCRM
A conceptual rebrand for the National Civil Rights Museum, focused on modernizing its visual identity while honoring the legacy of the Civil Rights Movement. The system is designed to feel bold, human, and deeply rooted in the stories the museum preserves.

This typography project, created using Adobe Illustrator, showcases my design skills with a focus on Neulis Sans, a modern typeface designed by Adam Ladd. The clean, sleek lines of Neulis Sans were carefully manipulated to create a visually striking composition that emphasizes readability while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.
